BLM WY Deep Creek Paleontological Survey This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The BLM contemplates issuing a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is for a paleontological resources survey of the juniper encroachment project located in the Muddy Creek watershed south of Rawlins, WY. See the Attachments for the specifications. GIS Shape files can be provided upon email request to the Contract Specialist. Offer must meet or exceed specifications. Delivery Location: BLM WY RAWLINS FIELD OFFICE 1300 N THIRD ST. RAWLINS, WY 82301 Deliverables will be accepted based on the ability to meet specifications. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov. 2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses. 3. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay invoices. 4. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item 5. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 6. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 541620 7. Evaluation Criteria provided in FAR clause 52.212-2. Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote: 1. Filled in and signed SF1449 (first pages of solicitation). 2. Quote valid for 60 days. 3.
