The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Buffalo Field Office (BFO) is seeking a qualified contractor to conduct a geophysical investigation to identify buried cultural resources at the Welch Ranch Special Recreation Management Area (SRMA). The project consists of work to be done in calendar year 2024, to inform the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analysis and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) compliance for the Tongue River Restoration project at site 5.
