Per this solicitation the Bureau of Land Management shall select a Contractor for a one-year period with two additional (option) years where the contract may be continued exercising said option years.... Per this solicitation the Bureau of Land Management shall select a Contractor for a one-year period with two additional (option) years where the contract may be continued exercising said option years. Performance will be measured via a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. The Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan is derived from the Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor shall submit a Quality Assurance Plan at the Pre-work Conference Meeting. The goal of this Contract is to sustain the cleanliness and functioning operability of Duck Swamp Environmental Education Area. Salt Lick trail Head, Castle Gardens Scenic Area, Red gulch Dinosaur Tracksite, and the Waredell Harrington Recreation Area to provide a pleasant experience for the general public.
