This Government's requirement will include riparian and wetland monitoring surveys using the BLMs Assessment, Inventory and Monitoring (AIM) protocols. Collecting monitoring data on BLM managed surface in the state of Wyoming is required to support documentation of the effectiveness of decisions established in BLM Resource Management Plans, treatment effectiveness, habitat evaluations, among other uses. The information contained here and in the attached Scope of Work, reflects the Government's anticipated requirements as of date of this RFI.
