Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, materials, equipment, mileage, and transportation necessary to provide cleaning and pumping of vault type toilets and dispose of the waste in a designated disposal area off of Government property as per pumping procedures and disposal procedures in accordance with these specifications and all state and local law.
