The Lander Field Office is desiring to hire a contractor for a one-year period with four additional (option) years where the contract may be continued by exercising the option years if funding is available. Performance will be measured via a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. The contractor will submit a Quality Assurance Plan at the Pre-work Conference Meeting which supports performance assessment.
