The Bureau of Land Management, Buffalo Field Office request to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials consisting of unclassified excavate, cut and cap pipe of various sizes exposed to the surface; remove two metal buildings (16ft-L x 15ft-W x 10ft-H), intact. Provide all supervision, personnel, labor, materials, tools, equipment, maintenance and repairs, services, and all other facilities and incidentals required for the execution and completion of the work as specified. Provide all topsoil stripping and stockpiling, excavating, hauling, backfilling, grading, seeding, surface restoration, and associated work, as specified, and as required to complete all components of the work and all associated erosion control structures, complete, in place, and accepted by the Contracting Officer.
