The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Rock Springs Field Office (RSFO) is requesting to drill a water well for livestock needs on BLM lands. Furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to drill, construct and develop one water well. All work done under this contract will be performed by a contractor currently licensed and in good standing with the Wyoming Board of Examining Water Well Drilling Contractors and Water Well Pump Installation Contractors. All water well work done under this contract will be completed in a manner as to meet or exceed the current State of Wyoming Minimum Well Construction Standards.
