THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING UNTIL APRIL 2022. The Government intends on issuing the Request for Proposals (RFP) solicitation via sam.gov. Amendments will also be posted on the website for downloading. This is the normal method for distributing amendments; therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendment to this solicitation. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) construction project for the La Barge Watershed Restoration. Work shall include replacement of culverts in BLM-38 Wildcat Canyon Culvert and BLM-39 Upper Bird Draw Culvert in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, and drawings. The period of performance shall be approximately 180 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). A site visit will be scheduled during the Month of April 2022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is: 237990 ¿ Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. Standard Size: $39.50MM The magnitude for this project is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Interested Offeror(s) will be required to furnish a Bid Bond; and the awardee will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds within fifteen (15) calendar days after award. All interested parties submitting a proposal shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://sam.gov/content/home). SAM is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, EPLS and FedBizOps. SAM is used to provide basic business information, socioeconomic status, capabilities, and financial information to the Government. This Pre-Solicitation notice is NOT a request for proposals or submittals of any kind. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) plans to issue the official Solicitation during the Month of APRIL 2022.
