The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide vault pumping services for the Lander Field Office Recreation Sites for 1 base year with 4 option years according to these specifications. Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, materials, equipment, mileage, and transportation necessary to provide cleaning and pumping of vault type toilets and dispose of the waste in a designated disposal area off of Government property as per pumping procedures and disposal procedures in accordance with these specifications and all state and local law.
