This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) by the Bureau of Land Management Utah State Office (UTSO) for the fabrication of shelters for the McCoy Flats Campgrounds near Vernal, Utah. This RFQ is prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ is a Small Business Set-Aside with a solicitation number of 140L5725Q0046 The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332312 - Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing with an Industry Size Standard of 500 employees. The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose material is technically acceptable, price is lowest and is considered fair and reasonable. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The main objective of this purchase is to acquire all prefabricated materials necessary to construct shade structures for McCoy Flats Campground. All submitted plans and warranties must be IAW the SOW and drawings attached to this RFQ. Delivery shall be made to: See attached Statement of Work for exact locations and POC. BASIS FOR AWARD: This will be a Small Business set-aside Award. This will be awarded a under Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract structed with a Lowest Price Technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process.
