This is a Request for Quote for "HDPE piping" for the BLM Utah State Field Office prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ is a Small Business Set-Aside with a solicitation number of 140L5725Q0037. This requirement is for providing HDPE piping to the locations listed in the Statement of Work. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 326122 - Plastics Pipe and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing (750 employees). The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using "ALL or NONE" basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose material is technically acceptable, price is lowest and is considered fair and reasonable. This contract will include a base bid of 13 each 4,500 ft. rolls of 2" HDPE piping. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The BLM Utah State Field Office requires this HDPE piping to be delivered to a BLM site located in Salt Lake County, Utah. BASIS FOR AWARD: This will be a Small Business set-aside Award. This will be awarded a under Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract structed with a Lowest Price Technically acceptable(LPTA) selection process. To be considered eligible for award, offeror must be actively registered in SAM.gov with Representations and Certifications reflecting their small business status prior to the close of the solicitation.
