This is a Request for Quote for road base " Refer to AASHTO 11 and ASSHTO 27" prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside with a solicitation number of 140L5725Q0032. This requirement is for providing road base to the locations listed in the Statement of Work. This requirement is set-aside for INDIAN SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE (ISBEE). The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 212321 - Construction Sand and Gravel Mining with an Industry Size Standard of 500 employees. The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using "ALL or NONE" basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose material is technically acceptable, price is lowest and is considered fair and reasonable. This contract will include a base bid of 3.800 tons of Road Base and 6,000 tons of Granular fill with optional bid items for up to an additional 380 tons of Road base and 900 tons of Granular fill. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Green River District BLM office requires this road base to surface and fill the McCoy Flats Campsite. BASIS FOR AWARD: This will be a Small Business set-aside Award. This will be awarded a under Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract structed with a Lowest Price Technically acceptable(LPTA) selection process.
