Description: Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Bureau of Land Management, Utah State Office, intends to award a firm fixed price sole-source purchase order to First Digital Telecom to provide network services to provide gigabit network service to the Utah State Office. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 517111, Wired Telecommunications Carriers, with a size standard of 1,500 employees. This action is under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The anticipated award date is 02/25/2025. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes.
