This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 332312 with a size standard of 500 Employees. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award.
