This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) by the Bureau of Land Management Utah State Office (UTSO) for a vendor to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to water and pump vault toilets at developed recreation areas including campgrounds, scenic overlooks, and trailheads (units) as described in these Contract Documents. This RFQ is prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ is a Small Business Set-Aside with a solicitation number of 140L5725Q0001 The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services with an Industry Size Standard of $9mil annual revenue. The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose material is technically acceptable, price is lowest and is considered fair and reasonable. Additional Information This will be a Small Business set-aside Award. This will be awarded a under Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. Quote Evaluation criteria are listed in the RFQ. Place of Performance All contract requirements will be performed in the BLM's Canyon Country District to include Monticello and Moab Locations.
