Submission Requirements: Submit via email to Samuel Marolt at smarolt@blm.gov with a subject line containing 140L5724Q0082. Submit a firm fixed price, monthly rental rate for two mini excavators, for 5 months include: ¿ UEI number ¿ How the equipment meets the required salient characteristics as well as its make and model. ¿ Any additional costs beyond rental price in the quote i.e. environmental fees, hourly fees over a certain number of hours, etc. o Bidders can omit the BLM¿s expected cost of lubricating, fueling, and changing air filters when needed. Note: The BLM understands that equipment availability may change daily. Vendors are encouraged to submit mini excavators that meet or exceeds the Required / Salient Characteristics specified in the Statement of Need below. BLM will consider the cost versus benefit when comparing equipment models, sizes, attachments, and features. Award Basis: Quotes will be evaluated using the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable method. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
