Submission Requirements: Submit via email to Sam Marolt at smarolt@blm.gov with a subject line containing 140L5724Q0069. Submit a firm fixed price for conservation treatment to mitigate graffiti at four rock imagery localities in Grand and Iron Counties, Utah and leading a conservation treatment methods workshop for BLM staff. Award Basis: Quotation will be evaluated using the trade-off method. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
