Submit a firm fixed price for the purchase of various culvert sizes of corrugate metal pipe, various culvert sizes of Corrugated PE Dual Wall Pipe, and various sizes of corrugated metal pipe bands (See attached for more details). Award Basis: Quotes will be evaluated using the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable method. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
