This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with FAR 12 and utilizing the procedures of FAR 13. Quotes are being requested for a small business to deliver a total of 1,000 tons of alfalfa hay and 50 tons of grass hay beginning July 15, 2024 until September 15, 2024 in accordance with the attached solicitation. The products will be delivered to the BLM Delta Wild Horse and Burro Facility located at 600 N. 400 W. Delta, UT 84624. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. Firm fixed-price quotes are requested. The RFQ is a total small business set aside under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code NAICS 111940 ¿ Hay Farming with a size standard of $2.5M. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award.
