Quotes are being requested for a three-month excavator rental in accordance with the attached solicitation. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. Firm fixed-price quotes are requested. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code NAICS 532412 - Construction Mining and Forestry and Equipment Rental Leasing with a size standard of $40M. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site.
