This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03. Solicitation number 140L5724Q0038 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 332312 with a size standard of 500 Employees. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, EPLS, and more. There is NO fee to register for this site. Requirement#1 The Cedar City Field Office is requesting 14' Cattle Guards delivered to: BLM - Cedar City Districts 1770 N Airport Road Cedar City, UT 84721 Requirement #2 The Salt Lake Field Office is requesting 8' Cattle Guards delivered to: BLM - Randolph Field Station 190 N 100 W Randolph, UT 84064 Specifications and drawings are attached, and Clauses and Provisions follow this cover sheet.
