The project will consist of removal of 2,549 feet of an existing 4-wire fence and then reconstruction within the same footprint a wood post and three rail lodge pole fence. Project 1 Location: Work is located in Iron County, UT, within the Mountain Spring Range Allotment. (12S 271897m E, 4212782m N) Project 2 Description: Procure and deliver fence material to the Cedar City Field Office (Supplies only) Project 2 Delivery Address: BLM-UT COLOR COUNTRY DISTRICT - 176 EAST DL SARGENT DR - CEDAR CITY UT 84721 Project 3 Description: Procure and deliver jack leg fence material to the Price Field Office (Supplies only) Project 3 Delivery Address: BLM-UT PRICE FIELD OFFICE - 125 S 600 W PRICE, UT 84501 Magnitude of Construction: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Estimated Period of Performance: 45 Contract Days after NTP. Work can be performed after award (once wildlife/cultural clearances are completed) thru 09/30/2024. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors Product Service Code: Y1PA - Construction of Recreation Facilities (Non-Building) Small Business Size Standard: $19.0M Solicitation Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business - Only companies that qualify as a small business under the applicable size standard will be considered. A tiered evaluation preference will be used to first evaluate proposals from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE); if no award can be made to an ISBEE, proposals from small disadvantage business (SDB) will be reviewed; if no award can be made to an SDB, all remaining proposals will be reviewed. Registration Requirements: To be considered eligible for award, vendors must be registered and have active profiles with completed representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration). There is NO fee to register for this site. Site Visit: There will be no formal Site Visit. All prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a proposal. Bonding: Electronic copy of bid bond required with quote if over $150,000.00. No other form of bid guarantee will be accepted. (See FAR 52.228-1) Payment bond required for contract awards over $35,000.00 and performance bond required for contract awards over $150,000.00 within 10 calendar days after the award.
