Quoters shall submit signed and dated SF-18 with submitted quotes. 5. Quoters shall acknowledge all amendments by returning a signed copy of any amendments to this solicitation. 6. This requirement is a total small business set aside. Quoters must have a valid SAM registration and be a Small Business to be considered eligible for award. 7. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price award.
