Project Description: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to clean and seal approximately 2,700 lineal feet of cracks and seams; apply primer and seal coat to approximately 7,000 square yards of hot mix asphalt; and apply 2,510 feet of pavement striping and 2 accessible parking insignias with blue background. Project Location: Work is located in Uintah County, UT. Green River District Wareyard. Located at 425 East 200 South, Vernal UT 84078. Magnitude of Construction: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 Estimated Period of Performance: 30 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Period of performance starting April 15 - May 31, 2024. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction Product Service Code: Z1LZ - Maintenance of Parking Small Business Size Standard: $45.0M Solicitation Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business - Only companies that qualify as a small business under the applicable size standard will be considered. A tiered evaluation preference will be used to first evaluate proposals from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE); if no award can be made to an ISBEE, proposals from small disadvantage business (SDB) will be reviewed; if no award can be made to an SDB, all remaining proposals will be reviewed. Registration Requirements: To be considered eligible for award, vendors must be registered and have active profiles with completed representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration). There is NO fee to register for this site. Site Visit: There will be a site visit February 01, 2024, at 11:00 AM MT. Meet at the project location. Bonding: A Bid Bond is not required. Payment Bond shall be provided by the awardee 10 calendar days after award.
