This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) by the Bureau of Land Management Utah Sate Office (UTSO) for the fabrication of shelters for the Calf Creek Campgrounds in Escalante, Utah. This RFQ is prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ is a Small Business Set-Aside with a solicitation number of 140L5724Q0004 The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332312 - Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing with an Industry Size Standard of 500 employees. The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose material is technically acceptable, price is lowest, and is considered fair and reasonable. The main objective of this purchase is to acquire all prefabricated materials necessary to construct one large pavilion and six smaller pavilions for Calf Creek Rec Site. All submitted plans and warranties must be IAW the SOW and drawings attached to this RFQ. Additional Information 1. There is a site plan and site work has not yet been done. Site work is to be performed under a subsequent construction contract. 2. Installation is not part of this contract. This is a supply only contract to provide the prefabricated materials for the pavilions that will be constructed on site at a later date. This will be a Small Business set-aside Award. This will be awarded a under Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract structed with a Lowest Price Technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process.
