Amendment 0003 is an administrative modification to upload file missed in upload of Amendment 0002. ******************************************************************************* Amendment 0002 incorporates/replaces the following documents into the solicitation: 1. 140L5723R0001 Amend 0002 Site Visit Conference Notes Q&A is hereby incorporated into the solicitation; 2. 140L5723R0001 Amend 0002 Replacement Attachment 01 Drawings replaces 140L5723R0001 Attachment 01 Drawings; and 3. 140L5723R0001 Amend 0002 Replacement Attachment 02 Specifications replaces 140L5723R0001 Attachment 02 Specification Proposal due date has been extended to March 28, 2023 by 12:00 MT. *Note: Amendment 0001 was an administrative amendment that corrected the Project Name/Title as posted to SAM.gov. No SF-30 was issued and therefore, no SF-30 for Amendment 0001 is required to be signed. ******************************************************************************* The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Color Country District/Saint George Field Office intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the removal and replacement of fencing at 12 different sites. Demolition, disposal, and replacement of approximately 8,350 LF of existing fence. Fence material includes: 3 Rail Wood Post and Dowel, 3 Rail Wood Post and Dowel with Tortoise Mesh, and 2 Rail Wood Post and Dowel with Gabion Base. There is two (2) Gate Replacement and eight (8) Fence Step Overs. The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials (except for Government Furnish Materials), and equipment needed for the demolition of existing fences and construction of new fences per drawings and specifications. Saint George Field Office work is in Washington County, UT. The work location sites are at Windmill Trail Head, Eagle Crag Trail Head, Fort Pearce OHV Trail Head, Warner Valley Dinosaur Track Site, T-Bone Trail Head, Yellow Knolls Trail Head, Black Gulch Trail Head, Red Mountain Trail Head, Orson Adams Admin Site, Toquerville Mine Trail Head, Sand Cove Trail Head, and Sand Cove Campground. The contract period of performance is April 01, 2023 - March 31, 2024. A site visit will be held March 03, 2023 at 09:00 a.m. Site visit information will be found in the solicitation package. Attendance is highly encouraged. Please follow the current CDC's social distancing guidelines during the site visit. RSVP site visit attendance to kmhaslam@blm.gov. This project will be 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. Davis Bacon Act (DBA) is applicable and the appropriate DBA Wage Determination(s) will be included in the solicitation. Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number 140L5723R0001, will be posted electronically at SAM.gov on or about February 17, 2023. Dates are subject to change. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall monitor the solicitation at the sites listed above. Interested parties shall periodically check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. A Bid Bond is required.
