This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Cattle Guards for the St. George Field Office is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a synopsis/solicitation with a solicitation number 140L5723Q0064 This requirement is for Cattle Guards, Concrete Bases, and Cattle Guard Wing Sections. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332312 - Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing with an Industry Size Standard of 500 employees. The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using "ALL or NONE" basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose material is technically acceptable, price is lowest, and is considered fair and reasonable. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Bureau of Land Management requires Cattle Guards in the quantities and per the drawings and specifications affixed to this solicitation. Please see attached Statement of Work for more information. Delivery will be made to: 374 East Brigham Road St. George, Utah 84790 BASIS FOR AWARD: This will be a Small Business set-aside Award. This will be awarded a under Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract structed with a Lowest Price Technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process.
