The Bureau of Land Management, Utah State Office, intends to award a firm fixed price, sole-source purchase order to Jones Paint and Glass (UEI UJTANLTZAY73) of Vernal, Utah. The scope of work for this purchase order is to upgrade the garage door openers in the warehouse bays, storage bays and the fire engine bay at the BLM Green River District in Vernal, Utah facilities. It is imperative these door operators are compatible with the current/existing doors so that doors and operators can be serviced and maintained locally. The proposed contract is a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award for the installation of 5 ea. Heavy Industrial Duty Garage Door Operators, 4 ea. Industrial Duty Trolley Operators, and 7 ea. LT Duty Jackshaft Sectionals at the BLM Green River District in Vernal, Utah facilities. The total estimated price is $26,000. This action is being processed under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The anticipated award date is 09/05/2023. Please note that this is not a request for quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the services listed above. Deadline date for submittals is 08/23/2023 at 12:00 PM MD. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
