**Pre-Solicitation Notice** Project Identification: GAOA Restroom Demolition and Concrete Access Aprons for BLM-UT Little Sahara Recreation Area. This requirement will be 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors) and 238110 (Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors), both with size standards of $16.5M or lower. Statement of Magnitude: Between $100,000 and 250,000 Project Location: Work under this renovation project will be conducted at the BLM Little Sahara Recreation Area in Juab County, Utah. Maps, specifications, wage rates, and all applicable documents will be attached when the solicitation is issued. Site Visit Information: Pre-bid site visit is set for 02/232021 at 10:00AM MDT. The group will meet at the Little Sahara Recreation Area Visitor Center. A map to the worksite will be issued with the solicitation drawings. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the project location before preparing and submitting proposals. ***Anticipated Period of Performance: 05/02/2022 to 08/01/2022. Date of award is expected in March 2022. Actual dates are subject to change. Work consists of the following: Demolition of eight (8) flush restroom buildings, including capping and abandoning utilities and removal of the entire structure including floor slab and foundation. Also, eight (8) concrete ADA aprons will be constructed, providing access to existing vault toilet buildings. These sites are in Juab County, Utah. It is anticipated the project will be awarded under a firm fixed-price, single prime contract. Solicitation: Posting is expected approximately 15 days after posting of this notice.
