This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes being requested for a Brand Name or equal one (1) Rigaku Benchtop CT Scanner and one (1) Rigaku X-ray Diffraction System. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award.
