This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes being requested for a Brand Name or equal one (1) Rigaku Benchtop CT Scanner and one (1) Rigaku X-ray Diffraction System. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 334517, Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 Employees or fewer.
