The Utah Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Green River District requires delivery of 2,000 tons of granular fill and 800 tons of road base at the Justensen Flat Trailhead, and 660 tons of road base delivered to the Indian Crossing Parking Lot site. See Statement of Work for further details. Quotes shall be proposed on a firm fixed price basis. Quotes will be accepted for one or both Line Items. Quotes will be evaluated on a Line Item basis. The Government will make award to the lowest price quote received for each Line Item. The Government intends to make a single award, however, reserves the right to make multiple awards if determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
