The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Green River District/Vernal Field Office intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to conduct and complete the requested preservation and stabilization of the historic log structure components of the Rat Hole Cabin Historic Site (42UN3351), located on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) administered lands within the Vernal Field Office (VFO). The Contractor shall prepare a work summary regarding each step of the preservation and restoration associated with this project. The Rat Hole Cabin Historic site (42UN3351) is located on the northern side of Rat Hole canyon in Uintah County, UT. The contract period of performance is from date of award to 09/30/2023. Construction work is 60 days from issuance of the notice to proceed. A virtual site visit will be uploaded with the solicitation. This project will be 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 237990. Davis Bacon Act (DBA) is applicable and the appropriate DBA Wage Determination(s) will be included in the solicitation. Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number 140L5722Q0023, will be posted electronically at SAM.gov on or about August 25, 2022. Dates are subject to change. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall monitor the solicitation at the sites listed above. Interested parties shall periodically check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guaranteed notification.
