Contractor is responsible for removing and disposing of existing flooring (A mix of carpet and vinyl sheet flooring); the supply and installation of new vinyl plank flooring and associated base trim. The existing commercial facility is furnished, and government will be responsible for moving cubicle furniture. The contractor will be responsible to move appliances and other furniture as required to accommodate the work.
