This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. Solicitation number 140L5722Q0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code NAICS 561720 ¿ Janitorial Services with a size standard of $19.5M. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at SAM.gov to be considered eligible for award.
