All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. Solicitation number 140L5722Q0001 - BLM-UT St George Field Office Recreation Site Janitorial Services is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code NAICS 561720 (Janitorial Services) with a size standard of $19.5M Gross Annual Receipts or lower. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award.
