PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - MUSKRAT AND VERNON QUARTERS REMODEL FOR BLM-UT SLFO This requirement will be 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS 236118 ¿ Residential Remodelers with a size standard of $39.5M or lower. Statement of Magnitude: Between $250,000 and $500,000 Project Location: Work under this renovation project will be conducted at two different residences for fire personnel working for Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Salt Lake Field Office, Tooele County, Utah. Addresses of the facilities are as follows: * Muskrat Administration Site, 2043 S Skull Valley Hwy, Grantsville, UT 84029 * Vernon Administration Site, BLM Vernon Station Road, Vernon, UT 84080 Specifications, maps, wage rates, and all applicable documents will be attached when the solicitation is issued. Site Visit Information: Pre-bid site visit is set for 06/09/2021 at 10:00AM MDT. **The group will meet at the Vernon Quarters first, then travel to the Muskrat Quarters (approximately 1 hour away).** As mentioned, a maps to the worksites will be issued with the solicitation drawings. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the project location before preparing and submitting proposals. Anticipated Period of Performance: 10/01/2021 to 03/31/2022. Date of award is expected early-July 2021. Actual dates are subject to change. Work consists of the following: Renovation of two facilities to incorporate the latest applicable NFPA standards, building codes, and sustainable design measures. These sites are in Tooele County, Utah. It is anticipated the project will be awarded under a firm fixed-price, single prime contract.
