BLM Richfield Field Office Cleaning Base Plus 4 Years This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. Solicitation number 140L5721Q0043 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 561720 - Janitorial Services - with a size standard of $18M Gross Annual Receipts or lower. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site.
