Salt Lake Field Office ESR Fences The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), West Desert District/Salt Lake Field Office intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the construction of approximately 17.1 Miles (90,288 feet) of 4-wire (3-barbed and 1 barbless wire) fences for the Dennis Hill and Wildcat Hills ESR Projects. Demolition and disposal of approximately 8.2 miles of existing fence for the Dennis Hill ESR Project. The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials (except for Government Furnish Materials), and equipment needed to demolition of existing and construction of new fence per drawings and specifications. The work is located in Box Elder County, UT. The contract period of performance is 45 days from issuance of the notice to proceed. This project will be 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. Davis Bacon Act (DBA) is applicable and the appropriate DBA Wage Determination(s) will be included in the solicitation. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. No bid bond is required but a payment bond is required. To be considered eligible for award, vendors must be registered and have active profiles with completed representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov).
