Project Identification: BLM-UT Butterfield Demolition 2021 This requirement will be 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS 23910 - Site Preparation Contractors with a size standard of $16.5M or lower. Statement of Magnitude: Between $25,000 and $100,000 Project Location: Work under this contract is located on Bureau of Land Management land within the Salt Lake Field Office, Salt Lake County, Utah. Maps will be available when the solicitation is issued. Site Visit Information: Pre-bid site visit is set for 04/07/2021 at 10:00AM MDT. A map to the worksite will be issued with the solicitation drawings. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the project location before preparing and submitting bids. ***Anticipated Period of Performance: 05/17/2021 to 07/6/2021. Date of award is expected late-April 2021. Actual dates are subject to change. Work consists of the following: Demolition and disposal of all existing vertical structures and other farm equipment located at the BLM-UT Butterfield Administrative Site, 8605 West Butterfield Canyon Road in Herriman, Utah. This site is located in Salt Lake County. The specifications will be released when the solicitation is issued. It is anticipated the project will be awarded under a firm fixed-price, single prime contract. Solicitation: Posting is expected approximately 15 days after posting of this notice.
