The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) - Utah, Color Country District Office, seeks a vendor to provide 800 - 21ft lodge poles and 800 - 8ft posts. Full details are on specification sheet attached to this solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under NAICS code 321999 All Other Miscellaneous Wood Product Manufacturing. To qualify as a small business under this NAICS code a business must have 500 employees or less. This competition is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 321999. The method of source selection will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with technical competency being a pass / fail. Technical Acceptability will we judged based on adherence to the specification sheet. It is the sole decision of BLM Utah if a contractor is technically acceptable or not, and if an alternative product is considered equal. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting.
