SHADE SHELTERS FOR ANASAZI TRAIL - BLM-UT ST GEORGE FIELD OFFICE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. Solicitation number 140L5721Q0004 - Shade Shelters for Anasazi Trail is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 332311 (Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing) with a size standard of 750 employees or fewer. Successful vendor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award.
