JARVIE RANGER RESIDENCE REPLACEMENT The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Green River District, intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the Jarvie Ranger Residence Replacement. The work includes construction of a new quarters building, and associated site development and utilities installation and connection. Work also includes the demolition of the existing residence and associated site features. The work is located at the Jarvie Ranch in Daggett County, UT, approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Vernal, UT. The contract period of performance is 6 months from issuance of the notice to proceed. A site visit will be held on April 28, 2020 at 1:00 pm MT at the project site, and attendance is highly encouraged. See the map in the attached plans. This project will be 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Davis Bacon Act (DBA) is applicable and the appropriate DBA Wage Determination(s) will be included in the solicitation. Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number 140L5720R0002, will be posted electronically at beta.sam.gov and www.fedconnect.net on or about April 21, 2020, with solicitation closing date 30 days later. These dates are subject to change. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall monitor the solicitation at the sites listed above. Interested parties shall periodically check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. A bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond are required. To be considered eligible for award, vendors must be registered and have active profiles with completed representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov). There is NO fee to register for this site.
