RICHFIELD WAREHOUSE YARD PARKING UPGRADE The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to include the necessary qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities to conduct and complete the Richfield Warehouse Yard Parking Upgrades, located at Bureau of Land Management (BLM-UT) at the Richfield Field Office (RFO). The Contractor shall prepare a work summary regarding each step of the upgrades associated with this project. A full solicitation will be released approximately 03/19/2020. Location: The Richfield Warehouse Yard Parking lot is in Richfield, the county seat of Sevier County, Utah. The town of Richfield provides complete services with a variety of restaurants, stores, and other services. Richfield is located along Interstate 70 and has a population of approximately 8,000. A site tour is planned for 04/01/2020 at 11:00 AM at the project location: 150 East 900 North, Richfield, UT. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the project location before preparing and submitting bids. This project is 100% set aside for HUBZone vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 238990 with a size standard of $16.5 million. Project magnitude is expected to fall between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance time is 75 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Solicitation 140L5720R0001, along with specifications, plans and diagrams, and wage determinations, will be posted electronically at www.beta.sam.gov and www.fedconnect.net on or about 03/1/2020, with solicitation closing date roughly 30 calendar days after posting. These dates are subject to change. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall monitor the solicitation at www.beta.sam.gov and www.fedconnect.net.
