UTILITY TRACTOR FOR BLM-UT WDD FUELS PROGRAM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. Solicitation number 140L5720Q0030 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. No small business set aside is associated with this solicitation.
