The Bureau of Land Management (BLM - Utah, Grand Staircase National Monument, seeks a vendor to provide three (3) UTVs to including consideration for a traded in ATV. The UTVs shall be Yamaha Viking 700 EPS or approved equal. Full details are on specification sheet attached to this solicitation. Price must include delivery and pick-up of the trades. Consideration must be given for the trades, and trade-in value must be itemized by vehicle being traded in. This procurement is being conducted under NAICS code 336112 Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing. In order to be a small business under this NAICS code a business must have 1,500 employees or less. This competition is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 336112. The method of source selection will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with technical competency being a pass / fail. Technical acceptability will be base on adherence to the specifications and delivery schedule. It is the sole decision of BLM Utah if or if not a contractor is technically acceptable. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting.
