The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) ¿ Utah, seeks a vendor to provide forty (40) Reconyx HF2 Hyperfire 2 Trail Cameras or approved equal. Full details are on specification sheet attached to this solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under NAICS code 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. In order to be a small business under this NAICS code a business must have 750 employees or less. This competition is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 334310. The method of source selection will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with technical acceptability being a pass / fail. Technical acceptability will be based on adherence to the specifications. Technical acceptability of contractors and offers are at the sole decision of the BLM Utah. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting.
