This is a combined synopsis solicitation for noxious weed treatment on BLM areas within the boundaries of Beaver County, Utah prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed unit price per acre quotes are requested under this Request for Quote (RFQ) number 140L5720Q0008. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101. This project is set aside for small business vendors under NAICS code 115310 with a business size standard of $8 million. Contractor must also have an active registration at www.SAM.gov to be eligible for award.
