The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) - Utah, West Desert District Office, seeks a vendor to provide four (4) UTVs to include consideration for traded in ATVs. The UTV shall be a Honda Pioneer 1000 E or approved equal. Full details or the purchase and trades are on specification sheet attached to this solicitation. Price must include delivery and pick-up of the trades. Consideration must be given for the trades, and trade-in value must be itemized by vehicle being traded in. This procurement is being conducted under NAICS code 336112 Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing. In order to be a small business under this NAICS code a business must have 1,500 employees or less. This competition is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 336112. The method of source selection will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with technical competency being a pass / fail. It is the sole decision of BLM Utah if a contractor is technically acceptable or not, and if an alternative product is considered equal. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting.
